WELCOME to LDG

Living Designs Group Florida is a full service architectural design firm with its roots in South Florida since 1979. John Szerdi, President, and Alain Dezii, Vice President, are managing principals. The principals of the firm had offices on Las Olas Blvd in Fort Lauderdale for 18 years specializing in design build projects. Many projects were multi-million dollar deep waterfront homes and small commercial projects.

Mr. Szerdi co-founded the sister office in Taos, New Mexico in 1998. Over the past 10 years the firm has gained first hand experience with innovative sustainable systems in energy and water conservation that have been translated into projects in Florida such as the EcoCentre shown below.

Business Philosophy
LDG focuses on understanding the client’s vision as they see themselves, their staff, and the public being engaged and supported by the building’s design. From this understanding, we translate the project requirements into three-dimensional visualizations depicting the project’s success in providing an aesthetic ,efficient, and healthy environment. Clear communication is a core value and we are proud that our clients attest that the built design is what they envisioned and is meeting their expectations. Living Designs Group (LDG) believes that building design is about supporting how we desire to live not living to support our buildings.
